API Contracting & Remodeling is a trade name of Arlington Property Investors LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use apiremodel.com, call us, or text us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, project address, and project details you give us on our estimate form, by phone, by text, or in person; and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) when you submit a form.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule visits, provide project updates, and handle billing and warranty questions. If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to text you about these topics.

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except service providers (such as our SMS platform) that send messages on our behalf and are not permitted to use the information for any other purpose. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our CRM, hosting, and messaging providers), with subcontractors as needed to perform your project, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and warranty obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
